Yu Lin Chou was a Research Fellow in the Health & Social Care Unit at Policy Exchange. She previously worked in international development consulting where she focused on the econometric evaluation of health system efficiency. She has a master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
