Julia is Managing Director at Policy Exchange, Secretary to the Board of Trustees, a Director of Policy Exchange Events Ltd and Treasurer for The American Friends of Policy Exchange, Inc.  She joined Policy Exchange in 2007 in order to bring the charity’s financial operations in-house and retains particular responsibility for Finance and Operations. Her early career as a credit analyst on the New York desk at Kleinwort Benson in London led to roles in Leveraged Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions and included working on the privatisations of British Gas and British Telecom.  Prior to joining Policy Exchange, she worked as financial controller in both the private and not for profit sectors.
