Emily Taylor is Head of External Affairs and Digital Communications at Policy Exchange. Previously, she ran communications at the centre-right think tank Bright Blue. She holds both a Masters in Public Policy (2023) and a Bachelors of Arts in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (2022) from the University of Exeter.
