General David H Petraeus gives Policy Exchange’s fourth Colin Cramphorn Memorial Lecture

Sep 20, 2009

The Colin Cramphorn Memorial Lecture was established by Policy Exchange in 2007, in memory of the former Chief Constable of West Yorkshire who died of cancer aged 50. Its purpose is to enhance public understanding of policing, intelligence and national security issues facing this country.
