William Nixon is a Senior Research Fellow in the Economics unit at Policy Exchange. He previously worked as a senior economist at Goldman Sachs, based in Australia, covering a broad range of topics including monetary and fiscal policy, housing, and the labour market. He began his career an economist at Australia’s central bank and Treasury department after studying economics and mathematics at the University of Melbourne.
