Ticiana Alencar
Ticiana Alencar joined Policy Exchange in September 2025, having finished a LLM in Public Law and Democracy at Paris Panthéon-Assas where she was an Entente Cordiale Scholar. Previously she spent over two years working for Rt Hon Sir Jeremy Hunt MP, including when he was Chancellor of the Exchequer. She has been called to the Bar of England and Wales and holds a bachelor’s degree in History and Politics from the University of Oxford.
