Mark MacGregor was Deputy Director of Policy Exchange from 2013-2015. Previously, he has set up and run a number of fast growing technology and communications businesses. He also founded the IEA’s conference division during the 1990s.Mark has also been involved in politics for over 20 years. In 2004, he was Campaign Director for Steve Norris’ London Mayoral bid and a Parliamentary candidate. He was also CEO of Conservative Central Office. Mark is the author of a Policy Exchange paper on police reform in London.
